The university is now on winter break. I asked everyone to send me their schedules for the spring semester so we can meet after January 12. The university opens January 5, but I wanted to give everyone at least a week to feel they can readjust before the students come back.
I have only received 3 responses (out of 6). One of the students sent me his schedule. The Student Conduct team member sent me some days/times that would be good for the office. Another team member said she cannot meet until January 12 but did not send her schedule.
I am frustrated that I am not getting responses from everyone and that it may take several weeks when we get back to organize our first meeting. I would like to get this process going so that it does not drag on longer than it needs to. I am confused because this was a voluntary committee, so I expected quick responses to requests, especially for meeting times.
